No sweat. Right?

It’s a new year bearing a full list of new promises that we make to ourselves. 92% of the resolutions made on January 1st will be forgotten by February 1st.1 Are we all suffering from Attention Deficit Disorder? Perhaps.

But we’re willing to bet it’s more about pleasure vs. pain than you may think.

Ask Yourself:

  • Is the pain you avoid greater than the pleasure you receive from breaking comfort zones?
  • Do your habits support making the change needed to accomplish the goal?
  • Are you more surprised your lack of success or your lack of planning for it?

Now Tell Yourself:
Either START planning your habits or STOP making resolutions.
